View this post on Instagram Thick thighs save lives! 💜👑🌟 It wasn’t until I started weight training I would appreciate my legs. I always wanted skinny pin legs like all the supermodels. Not understanding that my genetics are different and I will never be that way. When I was younger I would try so many different diets to look super slim. They were never sustainable and I was never happy with how my legs looked. When I started weight training and building my body into the shape I wanted then I started to appreciate my legs and realised I was lucky because I could build my quads into a nice shape and build my booty to be more round and fuller. Loving your body is never easy but to appreciate what you have and enhance your features you will be much happier! #selflove #loveyourbody 📸 @michaeloliveri A post shared by ✨ Amy Lee ✨ (@amyleefit_) on Oct 16, 2019 at 2:13pm PDT
