I had to have a week off mainly because my sister tattooed my eyebrows last Saturday and the sweat would push out the pigment. @z.aesthetics.rgn But ultimately I needed the rest, my #body was tired and realistically I needed to push on #weight . You might think this strange but at the moment I find it extremely hard to put on weight.... It’s not just the case of #eating more #food, I actually have a good relationship with #food I eat healthy amounts if not more than most people I eat when I am hungry and I never restrict myself from anything.... LOL EVEN ASK MY MUM.... I EAT HER OUT OF HOUSE AND HOME! The problem is I have a super busy and #active #lifestyle with late nights. My #metabolism is super fast and my anxiety had been rife recently meaning I had so much excess energy burning off the food. #exercise for me isn’t to loose weight, Exercise for me calms my #anxiety and help with my #mentalwellbeing I haven’t quite managed to put on the #pounds that I wanted and that’s even stuffing my face this week with #Pizza, #pasta and #Burgers. But I look better than what I did a month ago which makes me #happier But I just wanted to say this.... #SelfLove comes in all #shapes and #sizes. The next time you call someone #anorexic or that they need to go to rehab for their problems... THIS DOESN’T HELP!
