View this post on Instagram thank you for all the love and support after my open letter for the @playerstribune was published. my motto has been “live your truth” for a while now, so here I am living mine. Since 2016 I have tried to be open and honest about my mental health, so I felt compelled to write this piece to be real with you all about my most recent and past absence from the WNBA. I wrote this letter for the people struggling in silence, the people who are too scared to ask for help and for those who use anything and everything but the truth to numb themselves. I just want everyone to remember that we are all human, we all have our ups and downs and we should never be ashamed of our feelings. And please remember to be kind to one another, for you never know what others are going through. I’m also a strong believer that all the darkness I’ve been through has made my light shine so much brighter, and here I am shining again ☺️ big love EC xx 📸 @jordandrysdale A post shared by 𝕰𝖑𝖎𝖟𝖆𝖇𝖊𝖙𝖍 𝕷𝖎𝖟 𝕮𝖆𝖒𝖇𝖆𝖌𝖊 (@ecambage) on Aug 15, 2019 at 7:00pm PDT
