View this post on Instagram I feel the need to explain my love for and loyalty to @princesports .It all started when I was 12 years old playing at a junior national tennis tournament. My mom was watching me play a match when a Prince rep approached her and suggested that I try out a Prince racket because it was a much better quality than the racket I was using. The rep gave me a demo Prince Speedport Black to try and my game was never the same. I used Prince my entire tennis career. I would get every updated version of the Speedport Black; over the years I never wanted another racket. I can’t tell you how many pairs of all black Prince T22s shoes I went through in juniors. Eventually, I would go on to earn my place on the Prince junior player sponsorship program and was listed in the “Prince Hot 100” players to watch on Tennis Recruiting when I was in high school. In college, I was the only team member to use a Prince racket but I repped it with pride! A few years ago, Prince suffered a bankruptcy, so I quickly bought as many Speedport Black rackets that I could afford and I continued to always use the rackets both when I played and in all of my tennis photoshoots and videos. A few years ago I became passionate about writing about different topics in tennis-particularly fashion in tennis. I specifically wrote articles about the need and space for brand and designer collaborations within tennis. I was overjoyed when I found out that Prince was recently bought and revived by the incredible ABG Brands and is now, once again, on top in the sport. With a new line of high performance rackets and a new clothing line, my lifetime of using and loving Prince has come full circle. Prince is not only collaborating with designers and prominent brands but they’re impacting tennis culture entirely. I couldn’t be happier to represent one of my favorite brands who saw something special in me back when I was a kid. I’m excited to continue to support all the ways Prince is leading the industry and the ever evolving sport of tennis! Congrats @davegrutman and @princesports on this amazing new line🎾👑🙌🏼 Thank you @patrick_osuna for always including me on the Prince team, it means the world to me!
