After leaving Capital Xtra last year my sleeping pattern was a mess I was always waking up at 4am everyday as my show was 2am-6am....Instead of fighting to go back to sleep I always get up, drink a decaf tea and eat a nutri-grain watch an hour of crappy TV then I always fall back into a deep sleep, there are healthier ways of getting back to #sleep rather then taking a pill.
